Electric water and room heating (radiators).

Linen : The beds have covers and pillows (65cm x 65cm - a Standard French size). Towels (kitchen and bathroom), sheets and pillow slips are not provided as standard but are available on request (at an extra charge).

Living room(25 m²) with integral kitchen (4 electric rings, oven, micro-wave, dish-washer, fridge-freezer) a table with six chairs, a sideboard, two arm-chairs, a sofa and a television.

Electric roller shutters.

Bedroom (12 m²) with an electrically operated double bed (140cm x 200cm ), a commode and a wardrobe.

Shower room (7.2 m²) with shower, wash-basin, wc, washing machine & dryer.

First floor

Bedroom (14 m²) with two single beds (90 x 190 ), manual shutters.

Mezzanine room  (15 m²) with one bed.

Storage (4 m²)

Grounds:

The gîte has access to a private patio and small garden (50 m²), with table and chairs and an electric barbecue.

The gardens of 1600 m² in total are shared with the two other gîtes.

 Two parking spaces are reserved for this gîte, next to the building.
